Our Mission
With Kasey Holyfield, LPC, CPCS as your supervisor, clinicians are welcomed into a supportive, structured, and collaborative environment that encourages both personal and professional growth. Kasey believes supervision should feel safe, authentic, and encouraging while still maintaining a strong foundation of ethical practice, accountability, and clinical development. Her approach creates space for supervisees to ask questions openly, process challenges honestly, build confidence in their clinical decision-making, and develop their own authentic therapeutic voice.
Kasey values supervision as more than simply reviewing cases; she views it as an important part of developing a strong professional identity, increasing self-awareness, and learning how to navigate the emotional and ethical responsibilities that come with working in the helping profession. She strives to provide guidance that is warm, nonjudgmental, and growth-oriented while also helping clinicians strengthen documentation, clinical conceptualization, boundaries, multicultural responsiveness, and overall competence.
Through a balance of support, reflection, encouragement, and constructive feedback, Kasey works to help clinicians feel both challenged and supported as they continue developing into confident, ethical, and compassionate professionals.
